We just want to say a big thank you to Steve and the team we had on the day of our move.

We had a bumpy ride with the first moving date been cancelled due to a break in the chain but throughout Steve has been so helpful and patient with all the different dates we have sent to him!

The team on the day were great, professional, friendly and they worked so, so hard. Always smiling !

Having used Schotts for our move to Winston I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They came and packed on the Monday, the ‘crew’ were smashing and were very efficient and courteous. On the Tuesday morning they arrived promptly loaded the van including a load of garden pots and were most helpful throughout the time.

Also we found them extremely good value.

Thank you for such good service.

Moving home is commonly known as one of the most stressful experiences you can have and so you can’t imagine how pleased my husband and I were in securing a move through Schott Removals. From the first telephone conversation we felt reassured and confident that we were in experienced and safe hands. The support prior to our move was fantastic but the real test of course was the actual moving day! The removal guys arrived on time and never stopped working! To say we had a lot of ‘stuff’ would be an understatement. We lived in a large period style home and had large pieces of furniture to move, but I need not have worried about this – the guys are more than used to dealing with removals of all sizes! By 1 o’clock the van was full and ready to go – right on time! By 5pm we were in our new home with all of the furniture in situ and in one piece. What can I say? Thank you Schott Removals for the fantastic service experienced from all of you! Particularly, thanks to your removal guys who are a real asset to you – they couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, friendly or patient. If anyone reading this wants a value for money, professional but friendly service then look no further!

I am writing to say the biggest thank you to Schotts Removals for the fantastic care we received during our recent move. The integrity, efficiency and quality of service were evident from the start of the process when we met Steve and this continued until the move was completed. We were delighted with the approach and attention to detail of the staff. We are very grateful to Ian and Mark, who were both polite, professional and courteous. Their friendly, cheerful manner and experience ensured that the day ran extremely smoothly and that the whole experience was an enjoyable one for us. We could not have asked for a better service or price and would not hesitate to recommend the company most highly to anyone moving house.

I would like to add that Mark and Ian worked like Trojans, taking half the time of the the four man team when we moved up from Suffolk. And this, despite both of them having colds which they did not complain about and we were not aware until Mark needed a tissue at the end of the move! They really were fantastic and please pass on our regards as we really couldn’t thank them properly on the day. A big thank to you too, Steve, as your image, manner and efficiency assured us of the qulity of service we would receive. We hope Mr Schott is proud of you all because we were very impressed and have not encountered such a high quality of service for a very long time.
