G.D.P.R. General Data Protection Regulations
As from 25th May 2018 the new EU Data Protection regulations become law replacing the Data Protection Act 1998. At Schott Removals we understand the reasoning behind the new laws and can guarantee the following,
Your Personal Data is being “loaned” to us and we shall respect it. Your details will never be sent to anyone who can identify an individual either directly or indirectly from these details. This includes sensitive data-children, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning health or sex life and sexual orientation, genetic data and biometric data.
We will protect your personal data and never knowingly pass these details onto any 3rd party.
We will only collect the data required in connection with your Domestic or Commercial removals and Storage and not processed further in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. We will only collect data which is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The data collected must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date and kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.
