I have posted a testimonial as requested but would like you, as MD, to be personally aware of just how satisfied I was with the service, particularly the involvement of Steve Rogers.

My 91 year old house bound sister-in-law, having Iived in the north east all her life, was being forced by circumstances to move to Solihull to be closer to us, having lost her 52 year old son to cancer last year. It was a very emotional time and Steve Rogers was magnificent in his attitude, personal help and efficiency.

I’m sure you maintain quality checks so there’s no need for me to tell you about the care and efficiency taken. However, having been in business all my life until retirement, I understand the importance of employees who go that extra mile and Steve is one of those people.

Thank you Schotts for making a difficult situation bearable. I wish you continued success.
