Thank you very much for the service provided by your staff.

Their arrival was prompt, and thanks for accommodating a slightly later start time to allow my 90 year old mother time to prepare herself for the day ahead.

Your team got straight to the matter at hand quickly packing the more delicate items etc. and then the larger items.

The transition from locations, whilst a short distance was carried out without fuss and within the expected time frame.

By mid-afternoon we were in a position to unpack and my mother was settled and watching television by 18:00.

A great job done.
